The peppermint hits right away but settles into that cocoa finish nicely, and the chocolate chips add just enough crunch without making it too sweet. This is the first plant-based bar I’ve actually looked forward to eating after a workout rather than forcing down.

The texture is surprisingly hearty for a plant-based bar, and the mint-chocolate combo actually tastes like a real dessert instead of a sad health snack. I grabbed one for a mid-afternoon slump and it genuinely hit the spot.

The peppermint is cool without being toothpaste-strong, and the cocoa balances it out nicely. These are my new afternoon pick-me-up when I need something sweet that actually fills me up.
