I love that these bars have real peanut pieces and chocolate chips mixed in with the seeds—makes for a satisfying crunch. The sea salt gives it just enough savory contrast to keep me from reaching for a second one.
The salt crystals on top really balance the sweetness of the peanut butter and chocolate chips. I love that the crunch from the peanuts and seeds doesn't disappear halfway through the bar.
